All booking must be either confirmed or canceled prior to your scheduled event
All booking will receive a text to confirm booking at least 5-6 days prior.
Any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of bad weather it is customers option to cancel or keep booking once unit is delivered and set up we can no longer offer the option to reschedule.
HIGH WINDS/ in case of high winds exceeding 15 MPH the units can not be delivered or set up unfortunately we will have to reschedule for a later date due to safety reasons.
